I drove down to South of Southern Ontario this morning
to visit with this Owl. It was suppose to be sunny but it was not.
The right hand bottom had a white spot that I filled in with other part of the canvas.
Also I removed some rusty wire from the bottom of the fence post.
Thanks for looking.

Very pretty no real complaints. Maybe a natural perch would be better but that not a real issue.

This is beautiful Karl. Great stare at the camera. I like the two talons showing and heavy baring on this individuals plumage. I usually don't like allot of snowing shots because they don't have enough snow falling in the frame. This one is perfect with lots of great snowflakes throughout the entire scene. The perch looks great to me too. Very nice!

Nice clean up and fine shot. Probably good that there was no sun. If there were you might not have gotten the beautiful open eyes. Perhaps just a bit off the top??

This one is an absolute knock-out, Karl. Awesome stare, love the snow and the talons.
There appears to be some smudging at the bottom, to the left of the perch. I'm also wondering if the white on the bird could go a tad whiter.
Nits aside, what I wouldn't give for a stunning image like this.

I don't think I ever get tired of snowy owl images.
This one is great. very wintery feel with all the snow.
Comp is unusual but nice although I could see a version with a bit off the bottom.
There ia an area of cloning on the bottom of the frame to the left that needs some tydying up.
A keeper for sure. Lovely,
gail

Hi Karl, I really like this wintery setting- smooth BG, falling snow, and the snowy gave you great eye contact. Overall well exposed, and Im fine with the perch too.

wonderfully atmospheric shot Karl. Love the bird, love the falling snow. My only niggle is the composition, I find it just a bit too central. Lovely shot all the same.

Gorgeous capture with the snow! Perfectly exposed and framed and without the sun, no problem getting evenly lit eyes. A masterpiece!

Hi Carl, not all the time a sunny day means a good day and some time a bad weather is a fantastic opportunity for great pictures.
