Sweet light, bg, perch and look back. Love Shrikes. Perhaps a bit more sharpening? Looks a tad soft on my monitor. TFS

Hi Satish.
Birds keep popping up on here I,ve never heard of!!
Maybe a little big in frame but no big deal. Is it a big crop ?
Cheers
John

Totally agree Marina, just wonder if a slight Curves adjustment might help, not Contrast, so the blacks pop a little more, they look a little thin.

Awesome colours and light, nice vertical comp, and a perfect pose. Love the thorny perch. The repost does look better as far as punch and sharpness goes, but it has also introduced more noise - especially the tail and lower part of the BG.

Hi Satish, you have some beautiful light giving you a super BG ,I prefer your second post which does look a little sharper without being over done and keeping the nice soft look of the feathers which I do really like, very nice indeed.

The light is what makes this image so nice.
The repost addresses my issues. Perhaps instead of using Curves you could increase the blacks in the neutrals and blacks in selective color in CS5 thus eliminating the noise issue that Daniel spotted,
