I found this one while digging through my archives and thought it was worth sharing. The youngster was able to continue drinking milk even when momma was walking around! :)

I agree with Al. I'd love to see the calf from the shoulder over to the mother. That would really bring his face to the focus. Sweet image!

Excellent work, Judd.. I love the way you've captured the calf's eye contact. I agree with the suggestion that you could take a bit off the left but I wouldn't do much. I experimented with the photo, cropping it a variety of ways. Every time I cropped closer to the mother, I felt the overall balance of the photo suffered. A real prize photo.
