Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and a productive New Year!

(In this case, I might have also wished for softer light, but it's the thought that counts.)

Not sure about the snow Bill as we live in a vulnerable spot which either gets flooded or we get snowed in. Mind you the freezers full and I've got well stocked with S Comfort. So - as they say- Let it snow- let it --... etc, etc,!

Have a great one. I may get a 4 gig camera card in my stocking !!:t3

Merry Christmas and a happy 2014 to you too, Bill.
Love how the snowy is framed by the grasses. Gorgeous light! I sure hope to photograph this beautiful species before I kick the bucket :)

Bill, the light as you said a bit harsh, but you handled it well. I'd trade harsh light for a snowy owl any time. Never seen one. So cute! Merry Christmas to you too! TFS. Loi

Another cool owl shot Bill. No snow here today, 85 deg in So Cal on this Christmas day :)
Merry Christmas to you and yours and thanks for your support on BPN.
