This species is right near the top of my "want list" for 2008. And it will remain there until I get the shot I really want of it (singing on Douglas Fir).
Although not the image I was after today I thought I would post this one anyways. These guys are really tough. They hang out at the tops of the towering Doug Fir's and are really tough to get down to eye level. Lighting is always an issue with those bright yellow spots and...being warblers..they refuse to sit still.
So the pursuit will continue...in the mean time here is one I got this morning.
A side note - I smashed and broke my flash on the ground trying to get this which really sucked. :cry:
