Here is another early morning Bullfrog image from the lake this past summer that I used the Sigma 15mm Fish-eye lens for. Again this was photographed from a canoe using Live View and a bubble-level. Straight outta the camera with some minor tweaking in Viveza.

Nikon D800
Sigma 15mm f2.8 EX DG Fish-eye Lens
ISO 800
f16 @ 1/160 sec

Look forward to comments.

Hi Andrew - It's a fun shot with the fisheye and well processed. Personally I prefer the eye level view rather than the overhead view. It feels like the lily pad in the lrc is in the dominant position and that it might have been better for the frog to be there if possible. Still a great shot though.

Hi Andrew, like the comparison between this and the previous post, puts a different angle on things :bg3:. I wonder if you cropped through the centre of the pad at the foot may help, loosing say an inch off the foot, but then you would lose that lovely circular pad??????:e3

Hi Andrew,
slowly i start thinking , this is a stuffed froggie………:t3.
You are really lucky and creative with these frogs., or is it just the one .
I like the image as all the others you presented in here, no suggestions by me.

Just like it.

Nicely seen Andrew, with the frog perfectly positioned, I'm wondering if a crop taking out the land & sky might suit even more??

I like this very much as is, Andrew! :5 well done here, something different and there's plenty of interest besides the frog too.

Much thanks folks for the kind words, they are much appreciated!

Andreas...there are a few very co-operative Bullfrogs in this wetland and I think this is the same one that has been in the last few posts.

Andrew, I like this habitat-vertical frame-fisheye combo. The water drops are special.
