This will be my last post before we set off on our 2-week family safari to Etosha and the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
This photo was taken in the Kgalagadi in March 2012. Word is that there are once again a number of cheetahs (some females with cubs too) active in the Auob riverbed, which should make for exciting viewing.

See you all in middle December! Keep posting those great images! :5

Superb Cheetah image Morkel, Love the way you have cropped, the light is nice, neat HA, and the cheetah pops against the OOF FG & BG. TFS.

Beautiful cheetah Morkel. Great eyes.
Stands out well against a blurred background.
Enjoy the road trip

Not much to add, the colour contrast works well in the image.

To my eye, the reds/yellows could do with some toning down.

BTW, there is no colour profile attached to the image.

Hi Morkel - enjoy the family safari. The cheetah image is very nice but I thought there was a slight yellow cast. I imported it into PS and there's no color profile embedded.:eek3: Once one is, the color looks fine.

TFS,
Rachel
