I think this works really well and I usually don't like OOF birds in the BG.
Mynah birds are great subjects and this is a fine look at them.

Certainly different, and I like it. Looks like the front bird is standing on ice, but I od not think it gets that cold in Spain! I'd be tempted to tone down the yellow on the bathing bird, as well as the brightest white area directly beneath that. Love the splashing action and green background.
