I did not have too much time with this guy. Originally I got the 2.0x extender on for some other shooting.
By the time I switched to 1.4x (faster focusing) it dropped down to the grass.

Karl you have certainly filled the frame with this ,super detail and really sharp, might be a bit big for some but I like to see detail.

thats one rotund looking bird. excellent light & details. the golden-crown is very well shown here.

Yes to a bit tight in the frame, but I love the uniqueness of seeing a kinglet on the ground. Exposure and details are spot-on. Maybe a bit of CCW rotation, but if this is full-frame you'd lose some valuable canvas space.
