My first time out in what seems a long while, I had fun with some baby mallards tonight.
It is hard to get down on their level--let me tell ya! :D

Very cute and great angle. I might give it a bit more room and do some CCW rotation.

agree with a little ccw rotation Bonnie, but this is a super image.
Details and exposure are right on IMO, very nice and worth "gettin' down" for :)

x3 on the CCW but this is nice. Great colors. Very sharp with great detail while still maintaining the soft fuzzy look.

I love it ! I´m surprised by the head detail when using a 2X converter, it use to be said the use of such converter would degrade an image.

I like the low angle and the details. I agree about adding a little more room on the left.

Maybe a little more room but I just love this one, Bonnie. You did a great job of catching the details and textures.

Wow, that is really sharp. Love the water droplets and the soft look to the face. EXP perfect too. I really like this one.

Possible corrections mentioned.........they are extremely minor and easily corrected and will only make a great shot........even better. Doesn't get any better than this!

Thanks, everyone for your comments on this image.
I am blown away myself by the IQ of the lens combo after the most recent firmware update on the MKIII.
