Nice background and nice winds down position. The head is right in the middle of the frame. I would move the bird to the right, by taking off 3/4" rom the right, 1/2" from the top and 1/3" mm from the bottom, using an 8x12" crop tool.

you got sweet light and BG, nice wing position too. bird is too small in the frame however, I would crop in tighter to also eliminate the blue line at the bottom and the green patch on the top

This is a very sweet image. The light and flight position are gorgeous. I would crop a little from the right and top and leave the bottom as is. Smaller in the frame works well here.
