Tripod Canon 7D Canon 500mm f4 & 1.4TC ISO 400 +1.3 1/1000 sec f6.3
New was there's a migrant snow bunting at the local beach, sure enough I found him/her (not sure if sub adult or female) catching flies on the breakwater wall.
The wall had patches of lichens on it, unfortunately they were not in this fame - I transplanted them from a different image. The uppermost surface and top edge of the vertical of the wall is genuine, the blend is lower down.

Excellent classic shot and on such a beautiful rock. My only nit is a small, vertical line behind the tail from combining frames.

Superb pose and a great exposure, i love the surrounding as it compliments the bird a lot.

You certainly did a great job with your processing. My only comment has to do with the flies...I know that they are natural, but I just don't find them asthetially pleasing.

Nice shot. I like the pose, colors and the details. I might remove the flies. Well done.
