Killer bird with amazing colors and details. I like the pose and seeing the toes. There is too much dead space on the right for me. I pulled it into PS and took some off of the right and a little off of the top and really liked the results.

Sweet head tilt..fine detail and nice control of the exposure. Good suggestion from Marina on the composition...I agree.

Hi Frank, love the inquisitive pose, and I like the pastel colours in the BG in your OP even better.
I dont think Marina meant that your BG was too monotonous, just too much empty space on the right. There is certainly nothing wrong with the colours in your OP. :w3

Interesting image, i love the exposure and the details on the bird. Colours look fantastic
The OP is fantastic and i may not change a thing just it suits my eye , the birds head angle makes it very engaging image to me which is always a big ++
