Why the last one, Bob? Eiders are cool birds - post more. Great work on the exposure - love the detail in the whites. The wing is very sharp. The eye doesn't seem as sharp, though this may be somewhat of an optical illusion due to the way it blends in with the black on the head. Well done.

OK, I will crawl out on the barnacle covered rocks and get more Eider captures! To be sure I am never satisfied with a picture and never tier of trying to make them better, just like all you folks!!! Need to chime in that this is pretty darned good. Esp. love the wing postition and the EXP. Yes to a bit of eye work.
