Very nicely composed image Prasanna. Lovely background and great pose. I think a bit of work on the eye could make this one even better - perhaps a bit of darkening of the lower pupil and a bit of sharpening.

I like the alert pose, composition, and BG. Exposure and details good. I agree tweaking the pupil of the osprey would be good and I would remove, or at least reduce, the blue shadow cast on the fish.
