Hi Irv, welcome to BPN. You have posted it correctly...except in the wrong forum (should go in Avian, Wild and Free...perhaps one of the Wildlife mods can move it for you)
Nice subject to start off with. A lower angle, if possible would have been good. I would also crop away about half of the reflection, and go another round of USM as the Wood Duck looks a little soft as posted. You did get a good relaxed pose from it, something difficult to achieve with this species up here :-)
