Hi Richard - I like the comp, colors on the BE and HA, the branch extending to the LHS adds interest IMO. The BG color works well and compliments the BE. Nice sharpness and color on the eye. IMO, maybe to reduce sharpening on the breast/chest area and more NR to the BG?

Killer subject with just amazing colors and pose. I like the BG and the perch adds interest.

nice one,love the BG,loverly pose of a loverly bird,would remove the bird lime off the perch.

Hi Richard, lovely light, and the BE pops so well against the darker BG. Hennie hits the high notes with regards to reducing the sharpness on the chest area, and NR on the BG.

I like this one a lot.
Best thing for me is the shadow on the tail.
I might take a bit off the RHS.

My initial thought (after remarking how appealing the image is) was that the sharpening seemed to be a tad strong so I agree with the previous comments about that. The image, however, simply rocks! Great colours, perch, BG, comp. You may want to tidy the white-wash on the branch at left.
