JM,

This image works very well. You got a great BG, perch and light. Head-angle on the bird just right. Only thing I might suggest is a bit more room below the tail.

Very nice capture. The BKG is especially nice. I would like the head turned a bit more towards the camera but it still works as a profile. I'm struggling with the crop here. Maybe a little more room on the bottom as Robert suggested? Something seems out of balance but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe someone else will have more insight on the composition.

Beautiful image, JM. Very nice background, detail and pose for your subject. I'd like to see a little more room at the bottom so your subject's tail feathers aren't so close to the edge of the frame.
