This is a very interesting composition with the different sets of lines, from those on the leaf to those in the wings on each butterfly. Nice to have the axis of the butterflies along the thick center vein of the leaf. The butterflies appear a bit OOF. If they were not moving you could safely change your f-stop for more DOF and decrease your speed since there is no motion.

What a shame the butterflies are not sharp, a little more DOF would have made all the difference. Where was the focal point?

Hi Prabir. What a cool sighting! I agree about the soft butterflies. You might try some additional selective sharpening on the top butterfly to see if it helps. If this had been shot at, say, f/11 it would likely be over the top. Looking at your shooting specs - you might have gone up to ISO 1600 and decreased ss to 1/125 which would give you 3 additional f/stops and get you to f/11. If the butterflies weren't moving and with IS turned on you should be able to get some sharp images - albeit with some noise that could be handled in post processing. Just some thoughts to keep in mind next time out. :S3:
