Here is an abandon fish house on Florida's East Coast. This image was made with a ten stop ND filter to get some movement in the clouds and turn the water into a blur.

1DMKIII, 17-40 at 17mm, f/20 with a 3 and a half minute exposure, Bulb Mode, Evaluative Metered, ISO 100 Tripod, processed in PS and Nik's Silver Effects.

This is superb, Don, makes me want to try this kind of stuff.
At first I though you might have sighted straight down the center of the tracks, but the more I look,
The distorted deck adds a nice effect.
The clouds look surreal and a very nice movement to them juxtaposed with the rigid sharp building.
Very well done!

Looks like you chose a great location. Love the B&W treatment. I'd probably straighten out that distortion in the bottom right track.

There's nothing I would do to this shot that could add to its impact. A real stunner.
Awesome tonal range, great leading line and composition, fabulous texture and mood, great balance of exposure.

Hi Don, this is a very fine image and a B&W conversion to be proud of. Quite beautiful!!!

Beautifully exposed and processed.
I find the cutoff rail on the right side to be distracting. If I were making it again, I'd allow a bit more of the rail show.
Without that, perhaps a crop?
IMHO it would be better balanced through a crop simiar to:

Don, Thanks for taking the time to comment and work on my image I usually do not like the square format so its one I rarely try in post but I do like it here. I did crop into the 3/2 format here http://500px.com/photo/45800094 but I ended up printing it as posted. The more I look at your crop the more I like it might have print another one:S3:
