Very nice mate, but how much was that little baby to build... The thought of water in a PC scares me

Wow.... cool! But the HD capacities (1.5 & 2.5 GB) look small to me? Or did you mean TB?

Thanks for catching the GB / TB. Did you see what time I posted that?

I have about $2000 including all of the external hard drives.

It seems like it was not that long ago I had a 40MB hard drive and someone said I would never fill that up!

That would probably translate to £2000 over here in ripoff Britain... Preobably a lot more than I would need... Just jealous really :)

Did you clone out the dust bunnies? :)

It's water cooled - no dust bunnies in there! There's no phalanx of fans to suck it in in the first place.

My oldest nephew builds his own computers, they are all water cooled and he says he won't ever go back. Keep eye on those temps and nice setup James! :)

I still cool the hard drives, memory and power supply with fans.
A filter on them helps keep the dust down.

You're no fun :-) *grin* It does look remarkably shiny, it has to be said. Is this the 'just built' picture?

Nice. Amazing how prices drop so quickly on hardware. I built a computer two years ago for ~$2300 that is almost half of what you have.

No, it is about 6 month old now.
I will once a month take a small vacuum and brush to clean any dust out.

That's dedication - but it looks very well on the diet of care you are giving it. Really nicely put together machine.
