Lovely image, Ben. IMO the even background and color compliments the subject. Great IQ and detail in the weaver, the catchlight in the eye a bonus. Nice pose and I do like the comp.

Beautiful bird with an interesting pose, really nice HA. Was the original image underexposed or was this a large crop? There seems to be lots of noise for an ISO of 640.

Hi Ben, I like the angled pose of the weaver, well exposed on the yellows, and what a sweet BG. I agree, another round of NR on the BG wont harm the image.
