Topaz Adjust, twice, Moku Hanga and combined those 2 and did a bit more finishing in Ps.

You would have to be knee-deep in water to have it in your shoe! It's an emerging lotus leaf. This is the previously altered and displayed image I worked with. I think I used Topaz Adjust and Pixel Bender on it. I'm not sure why the water had so much texture. I may not have time today to locate the original raw file.
