(Green Fly) common fly

Taken this morning on local farm,gave it the title because of all the green in the image,cannon 100MM IS L F2.8,tripod,36mm ext tube,F16,1/6S,ISO500,CROP,sharpened,some levels.comments good or bad,thanks.

Get close enough and even a notorious pest becomes interesting. Dig those eyes. May want to crop from top and right to improve composition (move subject from center), although you'd be cutting into the nicest part of the BG. Looks like the BG could use a little noise reduction.

Hi Christopher, nice details on the fly and I find the perch greenery interesting too. Agree on BG noise reduction. I suppose there are many ways of cropping this image but the composition as is works for me. -- Allen

I like the aspect, a little different from the straight side on. lovely detail, my only suggestion would be to place the fly on ROT.
