Sanjeev,
Magnificent image of lark with fluffy feathers. I like the sharpness,colors and composition.
However I would crop on the top and RHS.

Hi Sanjeev, good eye level perspective, and a good solid pose and HA. Im not sure if it was overcast, or you went with the high key finish, but Im fine it. I feel opening up the darker areas of the plumage will help, and even lightening the head will improve the appearance of the lark. Another vote for taking off the top and right.

Good suggestions above. I might have gone for a higher shooting angle to eliminate the OOF corner of the rock directly under the bird.
