Sanjeev:

Sharp, well exposed. The side lighting gives a strong sense of texture, and for me the head turn towards us is just enough to light the face so that it works. I might lighten the area just in front of the eye a bit.

Although fairly subdued, the myriad of specular highlights against the darker background is a bit distracting.

Cheers

Hi Sanjeev, good to see you are getting used to the new body, trust you are having fun & enjoying it. :S3:

The image to me just looks a little flat, I might just open in Curves the 1/4 & 1/2 tone areas, then add some vibrance just give a bit more oomph to the image. You may wish to apply this via masks to avoid expanding on the highlights Randy commented on.

I'm fine with some side lighting, just wish the light angle was less...just enough to also light the lores (more head turn would have done the same but it would have been turned too much IMO). Nice perch, and apart from the many highlights the BG is good. Love the displaced feather.
