What a perky little fellow...love it ! he looks much like a buff coloured cotton ball, lovely soft plumage and overall color tones to suit. Sweet pose, just a nice size rocky perch and nice crisp eye....great as is, but also work as a vertical i think

Chris:

I also like it, simple composition, soft colors, sharp bird, just enough rock showing.

Hi Chris, lovely pose, and just love the detail, both the soft plumage, and the finer feathers. Great BG too. I would come in from the left a bit, together with a touch off the top. Of course, with this pose, a vertical could work too. :w3

Hi Chris, is this at the same location as the Peregrine?

Firstly, you might like to check your settings as to me the image looks a tad saturated and carries an untagged profile, might be an unchecked box?

I like the simplicity of the image, but personally think you can move the subject a tad more to the left, it's a wee bit tight to the right for me. :w3 I would also drop the saturation to help the chest feathers then add a curves mid tone to the subject, just helps bring out some more definition overall in the plumage. Nice capture.

Thanks Chris, no need to disclose. :w3 Been too busy closer to home, but you never know, I might just bump into you one day around the location, probably about a 45min drive for me.

Enjoy the weekend.
