I like the low angle, exposure and the catch !!!! Would remove the oof bright areas in the bg Do take away form the image
Would also crop some from the bottom maybe to the last ripple in the water. Will make the bird larger in frame showing the fish better. Would also give it more room behind Seems a little tight as presented !!!!

Great advise by Alfred. The only difficult blotch to remove will be the one behind the bill. I like the fish' eye being visible.

If you could brighten the eye while keeping it natural looking that would be great. Very intimate view here, and I agree the bright spots should be removed. Very enjoyable image to look at :-)

Agree about the eye and the way I would do although there are many is to quick select the eye on a seperate layer then change the blend mode to screen and reduce the opacity to taste takes seconds lke this
