I like the IQ especially at ISO 3200.
Very nice composition and I like the little stray bit of light reaching the perch.
Did you do NR on the bird? The head and cheek area looks a bit smoothed out,

Lovely pose, BG and perch. Would like to see the face sharpened a tad more. I think it would have helped to have more DOF and a lower shutter speed. If you're on a tripod and there's not a lot of movement, there's no reason you couldn't have dropped your speed quite a bit to allow yourself more DOF. Maybe start out with these settings to get the shot but, if the bird sticks around, go for more DOF to get the tail sharp.
