Any tips for shooting straight overhead handheld ? Every time i try it I get dizzy and have to stop before I fall down.

This guy was flying straight at me and I followed him in, panning up and shooting. As he got overhead, I was only shooting up for a brief time, so no problem with balance. I was not pointed straight up for more that a fraction of a second.

Those eyes are crazy! Neat effect with the light coming through them from the top. I like the wing bends too. Wish for better light underneath but obviously that is difficult to get at that angle with the sun high up.
