Great White Egret, Alligator Farm, St Augustine Florida

Wow, what a crowd, standing room only on the boardwalk here. We are having a load of fun here and meeting so many people from BPN. Lots of birds, good food and even just polished off a half bottle of Cab just now at the pool.:p

The Egrets are very elegant landing, loads of cattle egrets as well and the chicks are very cute...the baby birds are too! *lol*

Above is a quickie shot I took yesterday.

Like the pose and the POV, composition looks good to me too. Image is a tad dark on my monitor, looks like it could have used about +1/3 f-stop exposure compensation.

Hard to tell from the laptop, but I think it may go a little brighter. Great plumage detail!
