Just got back from a great trip to Holland. Keukenhof was amazing. Heck, beyond amazing. Though the coldest late winter/spring in 75 years delayed the fields by 3-4 weeks we still found some nice stuff.
This 3-frame in-camera Art Vivid HDR image was created at Lisse, Holland on the recently concluded Tulip IPT with the tripod-mounted Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS EF USM AF Lens (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/397662-USA/Canon_0344B002_24_105mm_f_4L_IS_EF.html/BI/6633/KBID/7226/kw/CA241054LIS/DFF/d10-v2-t1-xCA241054LIS)(at 24mm) and the Canon EOS 5D Mark III Digital camera body (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/847545-REG/Canon_5260B002_EOS_5D_Mark_III.html/BI/6633/KBID/7226/kw/CAE5D3/DFF/d10-v2-t1-xCAE5D3) ISO 100. Evaluative metering +1/3 stop yielded a base exposure of: 1/60 sec. at f/10 in Manual mode. Central sensor/AI Servo Rear Focus AF 1/2 way into the foreground flowers and recompose. To see two others in this series and perhaps learn a bit about image design see yesterday's blog post, Variety... (http://www.birdsasart-blog.com/2013/05/07/variety-2/) Take a moment to leave a comment there and let us know which is your fave.
