Hello everyone.
Here is shot of one of the owls I found earlier this year.
Very bold little fellow. It is paired so hopefully I get to photograph some owlets this year.
C&C welcomed and encouraged.

Very nice shot Robert. Not as easy as it may seem to get both eyes perfectly lit. Exposure and detail look awesome and the smooth BG looks great. Well done

Great job Robert. Detail is fantastic. Love the little bit of blood around the beak and talons.

Hi Robert, how are those eyes!!!! I really like the sharpness and detail on the face, and that we can see a nostril - never seen one on an owl before. Lovely complimentary BG to round off the image.

Really like this one.
I enjoy the color palette and is that blood on the beak?
Wouldn't mind a touch more room on the bottom.
Well done,
gail

Lovely eyes. I love the wide open eyes with no shadow. This must have come from the low angle view. Well one. I am viewing this from an iPAD and don't see as much details of the feathers as I would have expected. Is it a crop and if o how much? Loi
