Another beauty Nick.
Outstanding colors and BG.
Just a nitpick but
Your DOF seems pretty narrow for the lens combo.
The feet and Tail feathers look to be in the same plane but are oof?

Love the low angle - beautiful image of this gorgeous subject. Seems all is well focused except the legs and lower tail feathers - maybe a higher f stop would have helped but this is still an outstanding image.

Wow, Nick, this is one impressive bird and image. Super exposure and details. Love your low angle which gave you a great BG. The raised crown and HA are super!

Excellent capture of the iridescent feathers on this bird. Excellent pose, and good use of depth of field to separate the bird from the foreground/background. Well done!

Beautiful Nick. The fluffy look is great and I really like how you captured the bird in the dip of the san and the raised crest feathers

Splendid image, love the hairdo and the iridescence in the feathers. The BG is great.

Thank you all for the comments. Dan and Allen I think the feathers at the back of the bird are blurred due to movement because the bird was constantly re-adjusting itself, if this is the case it was best that I used the lens wide open to get the fastest shutter speed, but thanks for your comments it is appreciated.
