This is a killer image, Cheryl. Love the interaction and the composition. Wonder why the beak is a little red on the left bird.

Cheryl, you made ordinary GBH look absolutely lovely. Sweet light, tack sharp. The red buds added nice color to he tree.

Cheryl like this image alot like how you have the couple together and their head and neck shape sort of makes a heart shape
nice light and detail i wonder if the red on the left heron is due to the red berries

Wow...stunner Cheryl....everything to like and nothing to alter, detail and light to die for and impressed you have found these kind of birds upon a bush such as this.

The red on the beak....what else could it be but lipstick...sexy red as well to attract the male LOL

I might have thought the red might mulched up from the berries when grabbing the sticks the tree they are sitting in

Sweet moment captures so beutifully. The shrub with the red berries, frames the action very nicely, Cheryl.

Hi Cheryl, good intereaction between the two, which in turn has formed a lovely shape with their necks. Im not sure if they eat berries, so cant comment on the red on the bill.

Hi Cheryl, You captured the classic mating pose here well done. My one suggestion would be to not sharpen the branches around the Herons by doing so the viewers eye will settle more comfortably on the main subject of the Herons since they will be the sharpest part of the image.

Cheryl, a beautifully composed image. I love the framing provided by the Brazilian Pepper, and the head angles and crossed beaks make this a stunner! You really packed a lot of content into a small space, yet if feels very comfortable.
