Always see these guys in rural settings, and almost always perched on a man made item. This one was very obliging and offered some nice opportunities...none that did not include the hand of man:)

Canon 40D + 100-400L @400mm, 1/320s., f/7.1, ISO 400, no EC, handheld.

I really like sparrows and this one is nice. I like simplicity.....especially for sparrows. The BG is complimentary and well composed.......well done.

You can tell spring is here. Yippee! A nice simple image and the wire is no problem.
