Sorry for my lack of participation lately, work has been crushing. A quick stop at a local pond yesterday produced this image. Added a smidge up top, required a slight rotation, nr, sharpened.

This one is awesome Grace.
The IQ rates 10/10 and the wing extension is right at the apex.
Great low POV as well.
Who would have thought I would like a Canada Goose picture ( they are a real nuisance around here)?

Hi Grace, lovely low angle and I really like the IQ, light and sharpness. You have brought out the finer detail so well in this, and captured the wingflap perfectly. Ive been capturing wingflaps recently, but not nearly as good as this.

I believe these geese behave the same as our Egyptian geese - loud and stroppy, but still make great images.

Great pose, sharpness and detail in the darks!

They're a nuisance out here, on the Other Coast, too.

Thanks everyone. They are considered a nuisance on Long Island as well, but mainly because they interfere with mankind's vision. It's not their fault and I always try to see the beauty in the ordinary and common species.
