Nice light on the skyline here Joe. The HDR looks quite natural and well put together. I've seen some good results from Nik HDR Efex and this is one of them.
I do think your processing (specifically sharpening) has let you down here as the image overall looks a bit 'crunchy' (I would expect a smoother look-and-feel from the skyscrapers).

Brilliant lighting and composition here, Joe. Nice version of a realistic HDR. Looks a bit crisp on my monitor, but I realize you never know what viewers will see on their screens.

Hi Joe - I really like the use of the pilings as leading lines. Nice light too. I agree the buildings look a little oversharpened. I really have to get out and shoot in the city more.
