Beautiful work! Love that orange bill.
I guess the only thing I would change, if possible, is the background. It does kind of intrude on the bird a bit. Its a little OOF, but it is still well defined enough to be distracting.

Beautiful detail in the neck and head. Very nice pose. I think the crop works. Agree BG is a little busy.

Good comments above. Nice head angle, detail, and SH on the bird. You did relatively well with a potentially awkward subject size....

Although you do have a busy BG here, you did a good job keeping the bird the focus of your image. Crop works well, although I might consider taking just a little off of the bottom to make it more of a conventional vertical crop. Nice details, exposure and pose.
