They are few and far between by now.
I had some good shooting of them this year and looking for seeing them again next year.
Thanks for looking.

Nice details on this one Karl, i like the eye of this bird very nicely captured too
The water color is superb and makes the frame nicer
If at all i want to change something in here it may be to crop a bit of the top , not much just a bit to balance out the frame.

Karl,

Very nice exposure on this guy. The whites under the wing look just a tad bright to me, but not by much. As Vishal mentioned, the color of the water compliments the earth toned colors from the duck.

I only wish for a lower shooting angle, but I know that this isn't always possible.

Indeed you had a great season with these beauties. What a gorgeous female. Excellent exposure and sharpness. A lower angle, if possible, would have been great. I'd crop off the top as Vishal suggested.
Would love to see this species in real life someday.

Hi Karl good exposure, detail and colours on this fellow, and just love the surrounding waves. Another vote for some off the top. :w3

Thank you Stuart, Sidharth, and Vishal. I'm just cathing up now as I was out yesterday most of the time in the afternoon.
I took some off of the top.
