Hi Suart,
I see you are using the Mark 3. You may want to put the ISO higher for a little more DOF experimentation. Worth a shot. Love the flower in the BG as it makes the frogs eyes pop even more,

What an intense markings on the frog, wow. Crazy details. Love the pose.

Would love this image with an natural BG, brown, green, yellow, what ever.

The comp is the weakest part of this image, the frog is kinda leaned over and the lower edge isnt very clean.
Since this was a studio shot, I assume, The BG flower would have been a better balance on the otherside of the frame.

Superb image of this frog Stuart and sharp where it counts. Incredible eye patterns !!
