At last it wasn't raining when I took Barney for his morning walk so I decided to take the camera with me, all comments welcome.

Jon:
Nice light, full up wing pose, water droplets. I might crop a sliver from the left. For my eyes, the head could use a bit ore sharpening.
There is a dark smudge along the trailing edge of the back wing at the base.
Cheers

Lovely flight pose, and I like how the duck is flying off into the sun. I would crop a tad from the left.

Hi Jon, after your miserable weather, :w3 this is really sweet light, which in turn has brought out warm colours on the Mallard. I do like the flying pose with the raised wings, and as mentioned by others, agree to take a bit off the left.

Thanks very much for the comments everyone, I must admit when I cropped I was unsure over 16:9 or 3:2. Not too sure where the smudge came from!
