Gorgeous colours and exposure, he looks bright enough to be in breeding plumage. I like the fine perch and unobtrusive BG too, the spider (?) in the bill is an added bonus, all round excellent shot.

Lovely comp on such a slender perch Frank, bug in beak is a nice touch, to me it looks as though it could do with a slight contrast tweak

Although i never have seen one in real life, this bird is one of my favorites from Europe. Very nice image, Frank. The work in the beak is a bonus.

Beautiful bird captured well. Everything looks great tech wise but I agree with Phil about maybe a little sat boost. Well done
