Hi Sanjeev, you may wish to check this out for the whites as it does help. It's the lightness channel I'm referring too.

You did a good job getting low here, and the blacks and whites look fairly good considering the high light. I would crop from bottom and right and tighten it up a little to bring more emphasis to the bird, since the environment isn't a big part of the story here.

Remember the bottom edge catches the eye first and sets the frame - balance and flow here my friend.

I like the habitat and would crop from bottom and move subject towards the RHC - think composition - nice looking fellow here!

Agree with Marina and Jeff..... since there isn't a bunch of "environment", a bit less will really make this pretty bird pop!

Sanjeev....I like your low angle and the bg is handled nicely. Cropping in is a good idea if you haven't already cropped alot. Cropping too much will destroy detail . .........Looking forward to seeing more of your work!
