Leopard female & cub

The "tall grass"season in May is not the best time of the year to photograph leopards; I just had a few seconds to enjoy this shy young one before he disappeared in the grass.

I like that junior's face is in the clear and that he's giving you the eye. In a perfect world I guess mom would have done the same? :t3
I think you can tease out some more by lifting the midtones in the leopards a bit and dropping the brights in the surrounding grass?

I like the contrasting placement of the leopards -one looking at you and the other way.

Great story this image tells with the 2 in the frame looking different ways. The young one's stare is really quite powerful. It took me a few seconds to figure out whose tail that was to the right of the young one. :)
