I really like this one ,the pose ,the composition all work for me .I suspect I may be alone on this ,But, I like the shadow too ! My only "Nit " is the black limb ,going from top left to the Egret's head, it keeps pulling my eye off . Not drastically but I keep finding myself following the branch off from the head ,and that is getting very picky !

I am not on a calibrated monitor but this image looks quite good to me. The angle is a little steep, but the comp is very nice and I like the angle of the bird and all those toes. The slight vegetation on the right and behind the bird works well, esp behind where it is at enough of a distance not to really detract from the bird. Well done.

Very nice pose Sanjeev. On my monitor, the colors look a little "dirty" for lack of a better description. I would do a curves adjustment or levels layer and then mask out the bird to bring a bit of brightness to the blues.
