Hey Sanjeev,
I think you did very well given the light.....looks pretty high. Excellent details in the blacks. My only recommendation is to eliminate the highlight in the BG to the left of the bill....that is if it is within your ethics. Nicely done overall!

Nice work, Sanjeev. Great details, and good look back at you. I like the shadow of the tail on the rock. Good job dealing with a high sun, as Roman points out.

Nicely exposed blacks with a rich sheen. Nice pose as well with a good head turn. I like the comp you've chosen giving it more room on the left to look into. I like the eye brow.
Agree with Roman re. the specular highlight.
