Sanjeev:
Sharp, well exposed, nice pose/head angle. Strong sense of the environment. Slightly tight in the frame for my taste.
Cheers

looks very nice Sanjeev, great detail and eye contact, strong sunlight but handled well, maybe a tiny bit more sharpen on the head. Liking the detail in the grasses and bits of reflection, but I think too maybe a little more space needed, I myself would like to see a little more water and reflection in the foreground.

Spot on exposure and lovely details, although critical focus appears on the shoulder as opposed to the bird's head. As Phil mentioned, a bit of sharpening to the head would work. I like the environment here but agree that for me your subject feels a little cramped.

Harsh light well handled, Sanjeev. Love the plumage detail and head angle. Agree on a little more space in the frame.

Thanks everyone, this was nearly full frame (maybe 10% crop), will re process without cropping, that would give a bit of space around.

Definitely tight on the comp, but I love the bird and the colours / habitat. Harsh light but well handled.

I agree on the overall space here, the details are good.

Nicely exposed and good detail though some detail in the head feathers appears to be missing. I would suggest a little more canvas on top and I have some reservations over the water - has it been smoothed out in some way?

Thanks Jon, I have only applied NR to the BG, nothing else! Have not altered the water in anyway.
