Hi Guys,
I need your help here. This picture of a Great Gray Owl was taken during a snowstorm recently. I used Olympus E-30 + 300mm f2.8 and EC-20 (2x). PP was done in LR4, corrected a bluish cast, adjusted contrast, reduced highlight on the white below the chin and sharpened a little bit.
My question to you, how can I make the owl pop out more from the background here or is it just that the snowstorm was too intense. This photo looks too much like a painting to me no?
