Lovely bird; wonderful use of less than ideal light. Very sharp. Nice COMP. Wish for a slightly better head angle. Had you gotten lower the BKGR would have been mostly the great aqua water...

I love the color of the sea. What I was trying to say in my first post is that had you gotten lower you could perhaps have had more of the lovely green in the background. As is, the surf line cuts the belly and the foreground is very white.

Hi Manos,
The second one has better water color..........but I would crop off the dark band......even though it show the difference of depth and an equal amount off the right (don't laugh Artie). IMO if you darken the water and FG in the first one.....you would achieve the same effect,

Spectacular waters, and the bird is a smooth walker :)
Nicely done!

Awesome image, good use of the backlighting, love the comp and the sharpness. Agree that more blue by getting lower would improve the image.

Is that a Grey Heron Manos?

Beautiful image! The heron is quite striking and the original works for me.
